Hi Wendy,
Usually, by default, cookies are enabled but if for some reason they're not,
in internet explorer go to tools with alt t and then o for options. Go to
the privacy tab and make sure that the check box which says, override
automatic handling of cookies, is unchecked. Then, whenever internet
explorer encounters a request for a cookie, it will automatically be saved.
Trust Real to moan about something! I hate real player.
Cheers,
Sandra.
