Hi Sandra, I only use Natwest Business banking, but it is OK once you get used to it. The trick is to turn off MSAA mode sometimes and use your mouse, and route pointers to various elements. For example, if I want a statement, I turn off MSAA, do a WE search for the word Info, then left click it, then search for the second occurrence of the word Statement, and I have a full-screen statement, and MSAA kicks in again. Not ideal, as I say, until you get used to it, but with the power of your screen reader, it can be done. Using mouse emulation sure helps sometimes. This is not to make excuses for Natwest, just to assure you that it can indeed be done. All the best At 20:07 26/07/2004, Sandra Henshall spake these words of wisdom >Oh dear! The Nat West site was bad enough as it was. Like you, I use >telephone banking because the on line site is dreadful.
