Hi all thank our lucky stars for telephone banking. I have tried to access
my accounts on natwest online banking and cannot do so. wonder if anyone
else has this problem. they have altered the site and it's much worse.

** and in the Subject line type
** vacation ## d
** where ## is the number of days followed by d for days.
