Yes just connect your iPhone via USB.
As for copying your iTunes library, I'll have to send you a link later on
unless someone beats me to it as I'm on a train with access to a touchscreen,
and doing that sort of stuff is just a bit too annoying without a keyboard. You
could probably also sweet talk an Apple Store into doing it for you.

The Macbook Air and Macbook Pro both have USB. The Macbook might too though
I'm not sure.
You can also copy your iTunes library using an external drive, though if you
want to save to it from the Mac, you may need to reformat it.
