Yes, Voiceover comes as standard and it'll talk right out of the box.
The Macbook Air and Macbook Pro both have USB. The Macbook might too though I'm
not sure.
You can also copy your iTunes library using an external drive, though if you
want to save to it from the Mac, you may need to reformat it.
