[access-uk] internet & telephone shopping

Hi all
Is Tescos the only retailer in UK that offers internet shopping,
but won't take telephone orders as an option to using internet?
What is general view, if a company offers internet shopping, should
they also offer telephone orderline?
The point being sometimes one may find it's easier, quicker, to place an
order by phone, compared to internet.
