I don't know where you got that info from Jim? The Blind people I know arebrilliant spellers and know punctuation. In any case with a computer using Jawsat least and the spell checker it shouldn't be too difficult. However, I was given the following possible reason by a Braille user many years ago. It seems that some blind children who were taught Braille at an early age were not shown the importance of punctuation.
