Janet,

My apologies;  you must be using JAWS, so press the JAWS key +number 3 on the
qwerty keyboard and then control +alt +up arrow.

The JAWS key +3 tells JAWS to ignore the next keystroke and it should work then.

Let me know how you get on.

Best,

Richard

Control +alt +up arrow should sort it.

this may sound strange but someone told me today that emerything appears on my
screen is upside down.  would any kind soul be able to tell me what to do to
change this?  thanks in advance.  Janet
