If I recall correctly this is due to the Intel Graphics driver.
Basically I think it is using the control alt arrow keys which screen readers
use for table reading to change the orientation of the screen.
I believe you need to go into the graphics card app in your system tray , open
the preferences and then disable the ability to rotate the cscreen.
I doo not have this graphics driver so cannot give step by step instructions.
