Hi,
Press Control-Alt-Up Arrow.
Then you might want to go to System Tray, look for Intel Graphics, select
Options, then disable Hot Keys.

this may sound strange but someone told me today that emerything appears on
my screen is upside down. would any kind soul be able to tell me what to do
