[access-uk] gw connect

Hi all
I am using gwconnect the skype program
I can talk and hear people but if I get a call I cannot hear any ring tone.
if I go in to devices and alter things then I cannot hear the say
echo sound service.
should it be possible to hear the ringing sound in gwconnect if you get a call.
all it says is accept or decline.
