hi john. the captcha shouldn't present problems unless you have hearing difficulties, as for the mobile number field just leave it blank. you can fill it in with your mobile number and skip the captcha, and they'll send you a text instead to varify the account. a nice feature if you don't want to listen to the captcha audio. otherwise its not a required field.

all the best,

Mo.

hi mo truly brilliant then what i have noticed is it is asking for his mobile number so it sends a text. now i am not sure if he can even handle the text just wonder if there is a way around that one. but yes i remember when i was with demon i used to set up the email to forward it to the g mail account. again it is also if you get a graphic or something. my friend paul is really trying to improve his computer skills thanks then

Hi. yes, you can set it up via your PC. create a new account, and when
selecting the date of birth, you may have to use the jaws curser if not
using NVDA. NVDA as far as i know should read out the months/choices.
after sign up, switch to basic HTML view, then set it as default.
finally, pop in to settings, then click on forwarding pop/imap. enable
imap and click save. then, your friend can add the account to his/her
prefered email client. you could also set GMail up to import all your BT
emails automatically from the BT inbox, but this can be slightly
trickier. you have to switch to standard view in gmail, go to settings,
click accounts and import and add the account from there. if your friend
would like a hand feel free to pass on my details and i'll be more than
happy to help. it doesn't take long at all to get set up.

mobeeniqbal@xxxxxxxxx

is my email.

very best wishes,

Mo.
