Hi Kevin,

You still have to have a computer to get Broadband connections. As I
understand it, he has a downer on computers.

All the best

Steve

Hi.

For his radio needs why not suggest the Sonus talking DAB radio? Not Sky
but just as much choice of stations to listen to and all with spoken
prompts.

As far as keeping in touch with overseas friends and family, perhaps suggest

a 'voice over internet protocol' phone? I don't know a lot about this
subject but I believe there's a number of deals to be had out there now,
including Tesco, where you can effectively get a handset that connects
through broadband to allow you to take advantage of cheap or free calls
without the need for a computer.

Regards.

Kevin
