Hi Adrien,

Take a look at http://www.sky.com/accessibility.

You can download channel listings, so that you can directly type the number
of a channel. You can text or set up recordings over the web if you have a
Sky Plus box. It is not great if you don't have a computer or a mobile
phone, but if you do have either, then you can do a lot with Sky.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] facilities for the blind on sky

Hi

Somebody local on a forum has asked me about sky and how a viperson can use
sky. I know nothing about sky but could someone please tell me what
facilities sky has for visually impaired people.

Is it easy for a vi person to tune into various radio stations? Do sky boxes

have speech capabilities?

Regards

Adrien
