Hi there. I have BT broadband and found the installation process was accessible. Try to get sighted help if you struggle for any reason. You realy don't need the software that is on the CD. You need to wait for your broadband line to be activated and then you just set your hub up. Following that the only sighted help you would need is when you have to connect wirelessly by putting the hubs pass key in the edit box in the connection process. The pass key is printed on the back of the bub and is fairly small. You can use the broadband vior ethernet cable while you are waiting for sighted help to read your pass key for you. The service as a whole is very good and they have remote assistance if you are struggling with any instruction relating to your computer.

Hi,

when setting up bt wireless broad band is it best to pay a bt engineer to
do the job or is it quite simple for a person to set it up themselves? if
we get the engineers to come would they just set up the bt wireless hub or
would they be okay with setting us up with another hub such as from net
gear if that is better?
is the bt hub and service accessible for a blind person? and also does the
bt hub support both wired and wireless internet connections?

thanks, Husna
