Correction John, lots of people used to have trouble with it!
Janet, with the power connected hold down the power button, top left, for
around 15 seconds and providing nothing significantly has go wrong the reset
should work just fine!

hi janet i am sure you have to hold in the power button top left for a good
while then just hope that when you press it again it will re-set. lots of
people have trouble with this device.
