[access-uk] audible format not working

Hi List,
I've just downloaded the audible download manager from audible and after
downloading my book and copying it onto my victor stream, I'm getting an
unsupported format message.
I'm using a different pc from what I normally use and I kind of got into a bit
of a tangle when choosing a format.
It plays on my pc but only after being promted for a programme, and it seems
windows media player is the one that plays this format.
Can anyone give me some clue as to what I've done wrong.
