Hello Mo, I have been with talktalk for over two years now and have had little or no problems with them. They started up badly at first but have got much better since then. I experience very little down time and cut-offs are very rare. The speed where I am (about 1 mile from the nearest exchange) is OK and I can stream such as BBC programmes with only occasional cuts in the data flow. I am on the landline system but you can pay more and get their fibre optic system. I have also found their customer services to be quite reasonable, although you will experience a larger number of differing accents, usually either African or mainland European sounding. Help calls are free these days from your Talktalk landline.
