When I sought employment years and years ago, I signed up with an IT
recruitment agency, i.e. as would any IT professional looking for
employment.
I don't share your sentiments re false hope, you're on to a loser if you
don't believe in your ultimate success.

What is the purpose of this relationship I have with the worker, since
all he is doing, is what I do on a day-to-day basis search jobsite,
total jobs, monster etc. etc. etc. for me
surely all blind people should be in this role since all we have to do
is give false hope to candidates and browse the internet all day
looking for jobs which it is then the responsibility of the candidate
to apply for
