[access-uk] XP System Restore

I noticed this morning that the only Restore points being created on my
XP Pro system are those arising from the use of Spybotsd. I checked
in the appropriate sheet in Control Panel/System Restore and all
partitions are shown as monitored I also checked in Services in
MSConfig to make sure that System Restore was running.
One or two web pages dealing with such problems mention that this
can happen if there is insufficient disk space available, but I have
around 1 gb on C: and much more on the other partitions. And I would
have thought that if disk space was a problem Restore Points could
not be created manually, but they can!

Perhaps I am missing something obvious. Any ideas would be much
appreciated. .
