Speak to human ware, they should be able to get you a new battery. If it's
anything like the battery in the first gen, it's easily replaced. Once these
things go, that's it. it's like any li-ion battery I'm afraid.

Subject: [access-uk] Victor Reader Stream battery replacement
Hello Humanware dealers,
How much does it cost to replace the battery of the Victor Reader Stream New
Generation please?
It seems that the battery has started to take an awfully long time to fully
recharge, and it barely recharge if I’m using the Stream whilst recharging.
I’ll do the usual tests of trying a different lead, plug etc but in the
meanwhile if I have an idea on the prices of a new battery that would be good.
Also, if someone has any good ideas on ways to speed up the time of recharging
that would be really helpful.
Kind regards,
Amro
