Yes it should be.  Cant' remember how much I paid now, but it was reasonable at
the time.

Hi Martin,

Yes, I guess the battery has deteriorated as they do. The battery is removable
so it is easily replaced. I just hope the cost is reasonable.

Kind regards,

Amro

Speak to human ware, they should be able to get you a new battery.  If it's
anything like the battery in the first gen, it's easily replaced.  Once these
things go, that's it.  it's like any li-ion battery I'm afraid.

Hello Humanware dealers,

How much does it cost to replace the battery of the Victor Reader Stream New
Generation please?

It seems that the battery has started to take an awfully long time to fully
recharge, and it barely recharge if I’m using the Stream whilst recharging.
I’ll do the usual tests of trying a different lead, plug etc but in the
meanwhile if I have an idea on the prices of a new battery that would be
good. Also, if someone has any good ideas on ways to speed up the time of
recharging that would be really helpful.

Kind regards,

Amro
