Hi Mike

Well I must say it came as a huge surprise to me, but you know the old
saying about looking a gift horse in the mouth? I just took advantage of
what I was being offered and passed the info onto you guys.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

This all sounds a bit ridiculous. I'm all for us getting VAT exemptions on
as many things as possible but why should an iPad be exempt simply because
it features an accessibility option?

A few days ago the RNIB wouldn't let me have a VAT exemption on an article
of hi-vis clothing to stop me getting run over...or tayzered.
