Hi Gena I bought from the Belfast shop. This is frankly ridiculous that VAT exemption differs across stores. I am pretty sure Apple have checked their facts on this, but they really ought to be notifying all company staff of its existence. I saw it on the viphone list too. As my sister was about to make a purchase she asked about VAT Exemption. She told me that she couldn't get it. But I can't be sure who she spoke to. I rang my nearest Manchester's Arndale branch. They just referred me to the RNIB. As I want to make a purchase I need to find out about a store that offers this. I know the other list mentioned 2 London stores but we probably need to share those that do and those that don't. Jackie what store are you referring to? My sister is in Northampton.
