[access-uk] Re: Samsung NC10

As far as I saw from the colour choices on Expansys, and in Currys,
there wasn't a price difference, that's ridiculous.

One additional comment to make about the Samsung is that I kept getting
a message each time I booted up the machine to the effect that the
Samsung Recovery feature wanted to make a backup of everything on my
hard drive. I brought the machine into work today in case this had to
be done with sighted assistance. I'm glad I did as it helped to have a
pair of eyes around to see what happened. Essentially, the machine's
software made a backup of my programs etc on drive D, which is the
partitioned portion. When you start this procedure, you are told that
the machine will restart, but I think this is done in Safe Mode, as JAWS
didn't speak, and it asked me to verify my agreement to accept the
licence. Once it was done, a message came up about 40 minutes or so
later saying it was completed, and to restart.

I just thought I'd point this out for all you new users who will
undoubtedly encounter this at some stage soon.

Oh James that is very interesting. I never for one moment thought there
would be price difference because of the colour.
