Both the Nat West Rapport and the Egg safe Online systems will knock out any
screen reader functionality on your PC and you are specifically advised not
to install these if you are using Jaws or other screen readers. I do not
know about your bank but I would not proceed without reassurance from then
that this software will not adversely affect you.

Hi all, I've just gone onto the Santander website and have been asked to
download this software. I know that other banks are using this and wanted
to know how easy and accessible it is to use. I found a link saying remind
me later so have opted out for the moment as I am reluctant to download
until I've found out from other people what their experience of it has been,
I've heard it has been problematic in the past, I think it was with Nat West
customers.
