OK, I'll leave well alone then. There was a link saying "remind me later"
so I'll just keep hitting that link. Have only just installed a demo of
JAWS 11 and I don't want it being messed up will I'm getting to grips with
it.

Do not install it, it will stop you properly accessing links and headings
with JAWS. It is designed to secure your browser against malware but this
security also has an implication for JAWS. I believe some user's have
reported this problem to their respective banks to see if a resolution can
be come to. If there is a way to operate your account without this software
please do so.

Hi all, I've just gone onto the Santander website and have been asked to
download this software. I know that other banks are using this and wanted
to know how easy and accessible it is to use. I found a link saying remind
me later so have opted out for the moment as I am reluctant to download
until I've found out from other people what their experience of it has been,
I've heard it has been problematic in the past, I think it was with Nat West
customers.
