Two questions. What platform are you using to access the service? Can you give
an example Of a book which fails to download?

good morning,
I was wondering how many people who use the RNIB reading Service having the
same problems that I am having.
I download a new book and it says that It is ready to be read and when I
press the play button it says download failed try again.. this is happening
to me so often that it seems the sort of books that I can read is getting
less every week, am I alone in this problem?
I do not know where to go forward with this, I have talked to the RNIB quite
a few times about this, but it seems to me that things are getting worse, not
better.
Maybe I need to go back to having books on disc again, as this seems to me
the only way to get new books!!!
