Hi David,

I wouldn't write Dolphin off just yet, they have done EasyReader for iOS and
Android which work well with the RNIB reading service, so I'm sure Guide
Connect will follow soon.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB talking books

Good morning to you all.
Their has been quite a few emails lately about the RNIB new books service.
Up to now I have been reading books from the RNIB through my laptop using Guide
Connect. It looks like from the end of this month I will not be able to
download any more books using the RNIB reading service, as so far Dolphin has
not produced a program for downloading books from the RNIB.
I am just a bit fed up as Dolphin have known about this situation for some time
no, but they say that they are still working on what to do!!!!!
David
