Purely on an administrative point this is a nightmare. You have to send
out two players and support these, there are differing charges for both
playersservices, then how many books should you receive for each format?
If you changed to the digital format one of the clauses was that you
could not order books from the analog format, originally a lot of people
stayed with the old format due to the fact that there were very limited
books available in April 2002.
