I haven't been to the RNIB shop for some time but I think that you can view the subsidised prices once you have registered with the site. An argument may be made that whilst some may be able to take advantage of subsidised prices other customers will not therefore it would be best to display un-subsidised price to all unless sufficiently keen to register as a visually impaired user. Has any one been to the RNIB online shop lately? If so what do you think of it? I don't like it. What I don't like is this it does not show any of the subsidized prices. If you was to walk in a shop and something was subsidized you would hope to pay the subsidized price for it. So why the RNIB can't show all the subsidized prices if any on the online shop website?
