Thanks Madleen.

If it is still the same tomorrow I will phone about it. Not much time this
afternoon.

Thanks for your help.

David

Dear David,

Did you try to close the page and then go back on the same page / logg
in and view your basket?

As you received the confirmation e-mail I'd probably say it's okay but
if you want to go sure why not ring customer services?

I know - not much help but I thought I'd write.

Take care,
Madleen

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB online shop

Hi,

Have just used the online RNIB shop and purchased a few products.
Strangely
I can't find any way of logging off and, even though I have received an
email confirming receipt of my order, the items are still in my basket?
Should I be concerned about this?

If anyone from RNIB could advise me whether this is correct I would be
grateful.

thanks.

David
