Hi Shirley, many thanks for your help, however the thing is Hannah doesn't 
want to be a Vodafone customer; she was just hoping to get a 
Talks-preinstalled phone from them and unlock it so she can use her O2 sim, 
but I doubt this is possible. Again many thanks for the help, and take care.
