Hi Graham,
I get exactly that same deafening silence. Maybe they don't want to sell it
outside the US?
This would be a great opportunity for RNIB to bring them in, especially the
Orbit Writer, which sounds really cool.
All the best
Steve

Hi Clive
I know when I contacted orbit research a while ago about potentially selling
it in the UK especially the 40 which the RNIB aren't selling I was met with
a resounding silence so how responsible they are to tech support queries I
don't know. Cheers! Graham

Hi all,
Who makes the Orbit Reader? I wonder what they have to say about solutions
to the problem of dots sticking. I hope they have suggested solutions, and
aren't at the 'we're working on it' stage, or worse still, that they don't
merely confirm that there is a problem.
Best,
Clive

hi Clive
Most of the people I know who have Orbit Readers have had problems with dots
sticking and have landed up having to ask RNIB for a replacement machine.
