Maybe RNIB need to employ a good web designer for the OverDrive site.  Possibly 
someone without vision!

  At last I’ve had the time and opportunity to look at the Overdrive site 
although I have not yet borrowed any books.  My impression is that it is over 
fussy, cluttered and generally rather counter-intuitive. If you compare 
searching for and borrowing a book with, for instance, buying a book from the 
Amazon Kindle site, the latter is much more straightforward and easy to do.
