I obviously made the right choice and didn't even have to notice that it

Hi again Carol, That Control G only works if you have your list set to
day
week month. I have mine set to Active appointments, which means Outlook
will only display any appointments I have made. Now you've got me
scratching my head again. What to do. Peter, laughing like data.
