Hi,

Sorry Mandy, maybe I didn't make it clear. The Notes I want is a small
section of the Contact form where you can write a note about a contact.

Thanks for giving me the info supplied. Yes, I use those notes
sometimes too.

Hi there Carol,

I don't use the notes but when you are at your in-box in the tree view,
I just arrow down and then when it says journal would you like to use
this, you just press no and then carry on arrowing down and then after
the journal is the notes, then saved and then sent items. I hope this
helps.

Mandy

I don't know that I saw this though it was sent yesterday; and I
haven't seen any replies, so here goes again! Apologies if anyone has
seen it twice, especially if you can't help . . ..

Hi All,

I was just filling in a contact's details and realised I really did want
to start to use the Notes field in Outlook. Unfortunately, although I
know roughly where it is, it doesn't speak for me using JAWS and I can't
really find it. Has anyone any tips to get me there, please?
