Hello again Carol, Please disregard my last message. I thought you meant using Outlooks Notes themselves. The "Notes" editfield you are referring to is at the very end of the contacts dialogue which you complete with that contact's name, etc. If your screenreader does not tell you when you are there, it should at least say something like "edit" or "editfield" when you TAB to it. You will also know that you are there when you type something in and press the F7 key, because the spell-checker works in this particular field. HTH, John. Unfortunately, although I know roughly where it is, it doesn't speak for me using JAWS and I can't really find it. Has anyone any tips to get me there, please? -- Carol carol.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxx ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq -- No virus found in this incoming message.
