[access-uk] More Outlook 2010 problems

Hi Lists,
Apologies for cross postings.
Using JAWS 13 and Outlook 2010
On odd occasions when I want to delete a new e-mail I don't
want to read, pressing the Delete key takes me into the
message instead. And I'm stuck in the dam thing!
Pressing Escape does nothing and I have no choice but to
press Alt+F4. Of course, this takes me out of the Outlook
altogether.
What I cannot also understand is that when Office 2010 was
installed, all Office 2003 programmes were left on my
system, except for Outlook which I appear to be stuck with.
Any suggestions? (Polite ones only please!)
