Hi Ibrahim,

I agree this is somewhat of a convaluted system and I have suggested they try
to make it simpler.

All the best

Steve

Hi Saqib.

You need to run the GW Diagnostic tool and allow it to enable the Microsoft
License validation service for Window-Eyes to recognise Ofice 365, heaven
only knows why this is necessary, I struggled with the same problem for over
a week until GW finally came up with the solution. When Window-Eyes loads
as a demo, first make sure you have either ESpeak or Microsoft Speech as the
default synthesizer, you wont be able to use any others unless you have an
authorization file and have paid to use them. Next, bring up the apps menu
and select Window-Eyes diagnostics then Microsoft Office. The option to
enable the licensing service is in there, let it make the changes and accept
any user account control dialog boxes that pop up, reboot your system and
reload Window-Eyes, this fixes the problem.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi. I've installed Window-Eyes 8.4 for Office and it won't run as a
full version. Is there a catch? I have Office 365 on my machine.
