"I doubt they're blocking rDNS, but there have been issues in the past where certain machines in the BT/Y email cluster simply don't have a valid rDNS - i.e. a configuration "oversight". A header from a delayed email would enable somebody to check, although I'd normally expect any delay (or failure) caused by a lack of rDNS to affect sending rather than receipt."
