I hope there is an genuine reason as far as BT are concerned or I'll be switching providers and while I'm on this subject, I would just like to ask if Hotmail is a good provider for receiving mail from lists such as this? I've written to BT Internet Broadband Support to ask them if BT are doing what George suggests they may be, and I'll let the list know if I get an answer from the support team.
