| there is no moderated status being applied to this list, I've
noticed,
| both on this list and also the Talks UK list, that messages seem to
| take a long time getting to the list, From discussions I've had
| privately with Graham Longley who owns the Talks-Uk list, I'd guess
| that the problem may have to do with the fact that Freelists has its
| servers in Canada, and the Canadians may change their clocks to
Summer
| time around the same time as the Americans, who I believe either
| changed their clocks this weekend just gone, or are about to change
| them this coming weekend.

| last week, (at the same time as contacting Graham Longley about the
| same issue with the Talks list), but George hasn't replied to the
| message I sent him as yet, (I'm sure the fact he hasn't replied is
