As I understand it, Vi-gen  is restricted to existing subscribers of
that
list.

Maybe  be we need  someone to set up another  list, that can cover
domestic  products.

But what's the point of rules, if you allow people to break them?  As
I say, it could become a free for all.  I don't really know the

It seems to me that there have been so many messages on this topic, we
might as well have carried on - smile!

I repeat that personally I would like a moderator to be flexible
enough to allow an initial exchange of off-topic messages but once it
appeared that this was going to become ongoing, then for the moderator
to suggest the people concerned take their topic elsewhere.
