[access-uk] Message Rule Transfer from One PC to Another

i did not know how to do the Subject of this question.
I have now managed to make new folders as a result of the message rules. It
has taken me a little time as I made many different folders. Now rather than
spend time again doing same on other computers is there any way I can copy over
the rules. I am using Outlook Express.
