It is possible. One way of doing this is using OE backup programs, which I
don't recommend, because one such program made me reinstall a fresh
installation of windows. Another way requires working in the registry and is
not recommended for beginner users. The third way I know of is using windows
files and transfer wizerd, which would transfer not only your rules, but also
your settings along with the messages and folders. I've tryed it and it's
working. Sometimes is necessary to go through your rules and only point to the
folders you want your messages to go, but it's less work comparing to create
them again.

I stand corrected, Eleanor, but I don't think that is possible. A real pain I
know!

    Hi
i did not know how to do the Subject of this question.

I have now managed to make new folders as a result of the message rules.
It has taken me a little time as I made many different folders. Now rather
than spend time again doing same on other computers is there any way I can copy
over the rules. I am using Outlook Express.

    Eleanor
