Thanks Carole. I have done that, made them from the Inbox and have just had a go again now and will see what happens. I'm hopeful that I'm not going to get you worrying here ... but just a little thought. When first I started making folders in Outlook Express I made quite a mess of it because I didn't realise that, to keep it tidy and be able to get to the folders easily, it was best always to make them from the In-Box, so that they then are placed below this level and not on the level with those already made. If you're having a problem with folders, it may be that you've got them a bit messed up, so worth checking this. I've never used the message rules as I prefer to read all from the In-box and then transfer manually as I want them ... so can't really help you there, I'm afraid. Hope you get it sorted soon. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ---- Original Message ---- From: Eleanor Burke To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, November 14, 2008 9:49 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Message Rule Transfer from One PC to Another > That is what I had done Amro. > > Eleanor > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Amro Bilal > To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Friday, November 14, 2008 12:21 AM > Subject: [access-uk] Re: Message Rule Transfer from One PC to Another > > > I'm not really sure why that is happening.
