firstly i must say sorry to the list as we are a techie list and i will post
futher messages to people individually. sadly our team in leeds are so under
staffed and today because zarah is not well they are not interested just got
back from tuning a piano in york which had not been done for twenty years but,
the john gallagher managed to get it sounding very nice indeed. it's a tone
down but i did not want to blind myself breaking the strings.

They can't do that! You need to contact your local Guide Dogs team and let
them know that this has happened. I personally would ring the hotel back
and explain that they legally can't do this, and that you are referring the
matter to the various discrimination bodies. They may have thought about
it, or they may just stick to their blinkered guns. If the latter, then you
can tell them you have no alternative but to take it further. I know it is
hard to battle with these people, but you have to stick up for what is
right, and they are acting illegally unless they have a very specific reason
as to why they will not accept your dog.

appropriate.
