Thanks Richard, I will try that, but so far am finding the two-finger flick
down reads everything.

Kind regards,

Jackie, The 2 finger flick down is supposed to read from where you are on
the screen, so if you initiate that gesture from the beginning of the text,
it does what you want in my experience, and you should be able to skip the
icons.

Hi Ibrahim

I tried yours and Richard's suggestion of turning automatic reading off when
the app recognises text, but doing a two-finger swipe down just reads the
whole screen, including all the icons, which is not what I want. I just
wish we had the one voice in the app rather than whatever default voice you
use, plus the reading voice for the app itself. That is my only grumble
though, the rest of it is very good. I was using it very extensively
yesterday and just got a bit irritated with two voices.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown
