Tmobile don't either if you have Web 'n Walk Max.  That gives you
everything, unlimited but with respect to fair usage.

I also forgot to mention that the free usage doesn't apply for IM and P2p 
file sharing. Using these will cost £2 per MB regardless. This is why I like

O2 as they don't appear to charge you regardless of what you're using.
